He was predeceased by: his parents, Uriah Hobbs and Evelyn Hobbs (Oldford); and his brother Edgar. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hobbs (McSorley); his children, Sarah, Emily (Amy) of Quispamsis, Tina of Newfoundland and Greg of Ontario; his grandchildren, Madison, Abby of Quispamsis and Cody of Newfoundland; and his sisters, Catherine Fisher of Bonavista and Melita Way (Max) of Elliston, Newfoundland. He is also survived by cousins, niece and nephews.
