He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Cass and Myrtle Cass (Reid); his wife Anita Cass (McLean); his siblings, Ronald, Clarence, Donald, Douglas, Pauline, Patrícia, Joyce and Joan; and his grandson Nathan Cass.
He is survived by: his sister Anne Marie Sullivan (Joseph); his sisters-in-law, Elsie Cass (Donald) and Katherine MacLean (Eldon); his children, Christopher, Richard (Elisa), Lorraine Kinley (Eddie) and Janet Blaney (Joe); his grandchildren, Erica, Spencer (Kasia), Catlin (Iuliana), Brianne, Chelsea, Tia (Matt), Levi (Briana), Zac, Kristina (Tyler) and Andrew (Rachael); and his great grandchildren, Jaydan, Devon, Karson, Kohen, Aspen, Alder, Vale, Nash, Emmett, Brielle and Brinlee.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the New Brunswick Lung Association or Fredericton Extra Mural Program.
