He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Richardson and Nellie Richardson (Cook); and his siblings, Eleanor Richardson and Fraser Richardson (Ruth). He is survived by: his wife Glenna Richardson (Newell) of Fredericton, NB; his children, Toby Richardson Carr (Charles Carr) and Troy Richardson (Michèle); his grandsons, Nicholas Richardson (Olivia) and Joseph Richardson (Claudia); and his great grandchild Georgia.
