It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrel McKenzie Stewart of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta Stewart (Brown); his parents, James Stewart and Agnus Stewart (Moran); his children, Cheryl and Gerald Stewart; and his siblings, Elsie Breau (late Eliard), Edith Peacock (Burns), Mary-Ellen Bennett, Brian Bennett, Ernestine and Eldon.
He is survived by: his son James Stewart of Fredericton, NB; his grandchildren, Matthew, Samantha, Chase and Robert Stewart; and his siblings, Shirley Brown of Fredericton, NB, Marie Davidson (Lou) of Nashwaak Bridge, NB, Leonard Bennett (Joselyn) of Durham Bridge, NB and Wayne Bennett (Carla) of Fredericton, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
