He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Waugh and Lloyd Waugh; his daughters, Samantha Waugh and Sarah Viscount (Stephen); his grandchildren, Kage, Kendal and Gray; his brothers, Larry, Fred (Cheryl), Dave (Kathy) and Peter Waugh (Kelly); and his half-siblings, Wendell Waugh (Pat), Karen MacNeill and Allan Waugh.
