He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Colford and Annie Colford (Dunn); and his siblings, Barry, Tommy Colford and Bernadette Colford.

He is survived by: his wife Kathie Colford (Murdock); his children, Angela Flowers (George) of Fredericton, Tammy Urquhart (Joe) of Grand Bay, Jennifer Colford (Daniel) of Fredericton, Todd Murdock (Jamie) of Fredericton and Mary Jane Donavon-Jessup of Calgary; his siblings, John Colford (Cindy) of Blissfield, Norman Colford (Bernice) of Nelson, Donald Colford (Lynn) of Howard Road, Mike Colford of Bay, Anna Buckley of Miramichi, Regina Colford of Miramichi, Lauretta Colford (Evan) of Woodstock and Ursula Hogan (Bernard) of Blackville; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ashley, Jessica, Kayla, Jacob, Kohen and Kaileigh; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Weston, Sadie and Louie; and his siblings-in-law, Tammy Paul and Terry Murdock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
