She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hawkins and Annie Hawkins (Sansom); her husband George MacFarlane; and her siblings, Robert Hawkins and Hazel Hollowell (Hawkins).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hill (Thomas) of Georgetown, ON, Betty MacDonald of Kingston, ON, Lloyd (Karen Bubar) of Fredericton, NB, Debra Smith (Charles) of Nashwaak Bridge, NB, Edith MacFarlane (Gordon Dittmer) of Nanaimo, BC and Edward MacFarlane (Patricia Hay) of Douglas, NB; her sisters, Yvonne Good (Milton) of Millville, NB and Leola Seveck of Temperance Vale, NB; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Hawkins, Ida Carson (MacFarlane), Alice MacFarlane, Flossie MacFarlane and Lois Hawkins. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Nashwaak Bridge Community Cemetery or to the charity of the donor's choice.
