Charles Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brown and Madeline Brown (Savage); and his brother-in-law Paul Sayre. He is survived by: his wife Anne Brown (Rioux); his children, Brian of Miramichi and Shawna; his son-in-law David Verburgh; his grandson Cody Verburgh of Fredericton; his sisters, Thea Waterhouse of Fredericton and Charlene Sayre of Ottawa; his siblings-in-law, Lilianne Fuller (Tony) and Patrick Rioux; and his close friend Don Oliver (Marion) of Fredericton, NB.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice Fredericton, St. Mary's Anglican Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
