He is survived by: his children, Peter Cusack (Lesley) and Lisa Cusack; his stepsons, Al Brideau and Tommy Brideau (Debbie); his grandchildren, Nicholas, William, Jacob, Amy, Eric, Gabriel and Caitlyn; his siblings, Brenda Porter (Doug), Janice Breton (John), Cora Lynn Colford (Mike), Margie Sutton (Paul), Bob Cusack (Marilyn) and Beverley Michaud; and his sisters-in-law, Gail Cusack and Caroline Cusack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
