He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphee Smyth and Simone Smyth (Carroll); and his daughter Maureen Smyth. He is survived by: his spouse Carmel (Bray); and his children, Kevin Smyth (Heidi), Brian Smyth (Mary), Carol Green (Ralston), Shawn Smyth (Celestine), Paul Smyth (Tracey) and Darlene Smyth (Warren Liu). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
