He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shelley Stephens (Budovitch); his son Josh Stephens of Fredericton; his siblings, Joyce Arbeau (Bev) of Miramichi, NB, Trent Stephens (Stella) of Blackville, NB, Peter Stephens (Gayle) of Miramichi, NB and Colin Stephens (Jaclyn) of Quispamsis, NB; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Perkins (Carla) of St. Andrews, NB, Rhoda Budovitch of Moncton, NB, Louis Budovitch (Phyllis) of Fredericton, Ed Budovitch (Sandra) of Fredericton and Jake Budovitch of Fredericton. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
