He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald MacNeil and Mercedes MacNeil (Reynolds); his sister Frances MacNeil; and his father-in-law Michael MacKinnon. He is survived by: his wife Dianne MacNeil; his children, Michelle Rogers (Matt), Rory MacNeil (Monique) and Evan MacNeil; his grandchildren, Malakai and Emerson; his pets, Corrie and Calli; and his brothers, Adrian MacNeil (Joan), Jerry MacNeil (Lynne), Beverly Bernard-MacNeil and Johnny MacNeil.

For those who wish, donations may be made to Kidney Cancer Canada or Hospice House Fredericton.
