She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Waugh and Zada Waugh (Griffiths); and her brother Durwood Waugh. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin "Ben" Waugh; her children, Greg Preston (Kelly) of Fredericton, NB and Christy Preston of Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Jaiden Macfarlane and Jordan Preston; her great grandchildren, Ryker Macfarlane and Avery Macfarlane; her stepsons, Benjie Waugh (Lisa), Canterbury and Andrew Waugh (Stephanie) of Yoho Lake, NB; her stepgrandchildren, Colby Waugh, Sadie and Isabel; her brothers, Duane Waugh (Gail) of Lower Coverdale, NB and Rodney Waugh of Vancouver, BC.; her sister-in-law Donna Waugh (Durwood); and her former husband Bill Preston (Armelle).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
