She was predeceased by: her husband John Brewer; her parents, Earle Edmondson and Annie Edmondson (Shephard); her son Richard "Ricky" Brewer; and her brother Ivan Edmondson.

She is survived by: her children, Bradley Brewer, Betty Jones (Beryl), Kelli Henderson (Douglas) and Trent Brewer (Kim); her grandchildren, Nicole Jones (Corey), Daniel Henderson (Kenisha), Rickie Brewer (Melanie), Mychel Henderson and Davis Brewer; and her great grandchild Dale Brewer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
