She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Richardson and Flossie Richardson (McAllister); her husband Malcolm Carr; her siblings, Geraldine and Murray; and her granddaughter Olivia.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Ginson (David) of New Maryland, NB and Catherine Bourque (Patrick) of Fredericton, NB.; her grandchildren, Andrew, Alexa and Jordan; her siblings, Marven Richardson (Marilyn), Alvena Bailey (Carl), Bernice Gormley (Winston), Susan Thibodeau (Raymond) and Gerald Richardson (Beverly); and her sister-in-law Rosena (Lyle).
