With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bina Ola Saunders-McLaggan of Fredericton, New Brunswick, born in Zealand, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 3, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Spavold and Susan Spavold (Morehouse); her former husband Roy Saunders; her husband Sheridan McLaggan; and her siblings, Clayton Morehouse, Berma Spavold (Perley Trail) and Betty Morehouse.
She is survived by: her children, Esther Saunders of Moncton and Kerry Saunders (Barbara Peters) of Fredericton; her grandchildren, Mark Lowther (Mark Duffy) of Halifax, Shawn Lowther of Moncton and Eric Lowther of Halifax; her siblings, Barbara Spavold of Maple Ridge, Beryl Gordon (Ross) of Fredericton and John Spavold (May) of Saint John; and her grandchildren, Julie Moore, Stephanie Millar and Raymond Tupper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Interment will take place in Woodlands Cemetery For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Woodlands Cemetery, St. Paul's Anglican Church Cemetery or to a charity of the donor's choice.
