She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Taylor and Shirley Taylor (Steeves); her daughter Amberlea Diane; and her brothers, Ernest "Ernie" and Johnny.

She is survived by: her husband John Spencer; her daughter Megan Johnson (Jason); her grandson Jaece Johnson; and her siblings, Sharon Sandy, James "Jimmy" Taylor (Louise), Shirley Pevlin (Randy), Billy Taylor (Barb), Joe Taylor (Tina), Patsy Stannard (Todd), Danny Taylor, Mary Taylor and Terri Taylor (Trevor). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
