She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Anstey and Doris Anstey (Jones); and her brother Bill Anstey. She is survived by: her children, Linda Steeves, Stephen Porter (Edith), Brenda Porter (Richard) and Michael "Darrell" Porter (Agnes); her grandchildren, Jason Steeves (Tara), Tanya Deap (Rob), Stephanie Parker (Tom), Scott Porter, Nathan Porter (America), Eric Porter (Annette), Bonita Arbeau (Matt) and Sabrina Porter; her sister Joan Dear; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Porter and Eileen Anstey.
