Bernice Rathburn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Rathburn (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert O'Brien and Bernadette O'Brien (Taylor); her husband Lorne Windfield Rathburn; and her sisters, Hilda Hammett, Eileen Gallagher and Maxine Gallagher.

She is survived by: her children, Paul, Pete (Joyce), Patricia, Sue (Eroll), Joe (Dawn) and Dave (Ruth); her grandchildren, Blake, Ryan and Kayla; and her sisters, Evelyn Williams (Don) and Connie Harvey (Leon). She is also survived by great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jobs Unlimited, who provided wheelchair transportation for our mom to medical appointments, or to the charity of your choice.
