Bennett Luke McCarty Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennett Luke McCarty (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Sussex, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Arthur and Elodie McCarty (Hebert); and his daughter Debbie McCarty. He is survived by: his wife Ella (Urquhart); his children, Ben Jr. (Denise) of Vancouver and Cathy of Tampa, Florida; his stepsons, Randy Shanks (Kathy) of Fredericton, Tony Shanks (Esther) of Fredericton, Troy Shanks (Aya) of Japan and Mike McCarty of Halifax; and his grandchildren, Benjie, Ryan, Tyler, Josh, Michele, Nicholas, Michael, Luke, Amanda, Mary, Katie, Ben, Shannon and Melissa. He is also survived by 15 great grand children.
