She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Warren and Margaret Warren (Davidson); her siblings, Ruth Coates, Edward Warren and Willard Warren; and her husband Beverley Francis Macaulay.
She is survived by: her children, John (Rosa) and Jane; her granddaughters, Rachel (Michael) and Chelsea; her nieces and nephews, Brenda (Alan), Cheryl (Terry), Barbara (Jim), Ann, Beth, Rick (Wilma) and John; and her cousins, Cora (Jeff) and Clifford (Suzanne). She is also survived by several grandnieces and grandnephews and great-grandnieces and grandnephews.
