She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Downing and Pearl Downing (Durost); and her siblings, Richard, Anne Waugh, Norma Sherwood, Marjorie Morton and Betty Price.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Downing of Aroostook, Gerald "Jerry" Downing (Carol) of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Lois Walker Gillin of Fredericton, Nina Crookes (Alfred) of Kelowna, BC and Connie Scott (Larry) of San Angelo, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Making a Difference Food Bank in Perth-Andover or St. James United Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
