He was predeceased by: his wife Beverley; his son Clinton; his parents, Richard Polchies and Geneva Polchies; and his siblings, Sonny Polchies (Mary) and Faye Paul (Franklin).
He is survived by: his children, Chief Allan Polchies Jr. (Tyler), Jennifer Polchies, Judith Fullarton (Mike) and Dillon (Megan); his grandchildren, Alysia, Miranda, Megan, Hilary and Hunter; his siblings, Glen Polchies (Cathy), Claude Polchies (Cathy) and Betty McCoy (Myles); and his close friend Cyndi. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and godchildren.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
