She was predeceased by: her spouse Charlie Napier Vroom; her parents, James E. Stewart and Hazel M. Stewart (Clowater); her daughter Fern Clark (Larry); and her siblings, Harriet Demont, Cecil and Carl Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Karl Vroom (Susan) of Fredericton, NB, Donna Vroom of Fredericton, NB, Linda Merrithew (late Terry) of Douglas, NB and Mary Schmidt (Myron) of Calgary, AB; and her sister Fern MacNaughton (late Karl) of Fredericton, NB. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Interment will take place in St. Stephen Rural Cemetery, at a later date For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Chalmers Hospital Foundation.
