She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Greene and Zelora Greene (Hazen). She is survived by: her children, Loralee Dean Sidener (Carson) of Marwayne, AB, Michael Dean (Lucy Mei) of Fredericton, NB, Mark Dean (Carolyn) of Fredericton, NB and John Gerber (Melissa McGraw) of Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Brittany Daigle (Jonathan), Luke Dean, Alyson Dean (Jake Hodges), Robyn Dean (Connor MacPherson), Shayla Gerber, Vanessa Gerber and Tianna Gerber; and her great grandchildren, Dominik Dean, Daxton Dean and Beckham Hodges.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

“I am so sorry to hear of Alice's passing away. I really liked her. She was very generous and what I liked the best about her was she spoke what she meant. She was a straight shooter and she was not afraid to live life. My mother, (Faye Gilmore) lives in the same building and Alice brought a gust of fresh air when she moved in. Alice was fond of my daughters and they are fond of her. We never hesitated to assist in any way we could. She was a friend of Mom. We will miss her. Gina Roy”
