It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Richard (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Rogersville, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alyre Richard and Melina Richard (Miallet); his daughter Norma Phillips; his sons-in-law, Kenneth Phillips and Ricky Munn; and his siblings, Yvan and Adrianne.
He is survived by: his wife Delcina Richard (Comeau); his children, Ronald of Fredericton, Armand of Lincoln, Sylvia Oram (David) of Geary, NB, Joann Munn of Geary, NB, Julia Howe (Deryl) of Geary, NB, Pamela Sullivan (Terry) of Ottawa, Mona Levesque (Robert) of Lincoln, NB and Angela Clowater (Duane) of Fredericton, NB; and his siblings, Norman Richard of Ontario, Raymond Richard (Dora) of Fredericton, Paul Richard (Lucia) of Maquapit Lake, NB, Francene Chisholm (Harold) of Halifax, Patricia Young of Ontario and Janita Arsenault (Anthony) of Montreal, QC. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty nine great grandchildren; eleven great great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to either the St. Francis of Assisi Church Building Fund, or choice of your charitable organization would be appreciated by the family.
