She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William and Ida Simpson (Morris); her children, Jerry McCarthy (Mary) of Ottawa, Patrick McCarthy (Krista) of Halifax, Shawnee McCarthy Gilmore (Walter) of Keswick Ridge and Kelly Sue McCarthy (Ian) of Fredericton, NB; her siblings, Janet McLaughlin (Cuffy) of Chatham, NB, Allan Simpson (Dot) of Calgary, AB, John Simpson (Debbie), Wilma Simpson-Gray (Duane), Beverley Simpson-Sharpe (James) of Texas and David Simpson (Yolanda) of Miramichi; and her husband Charlie. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Due to Covid19 restrictions, a service will be held at a later date.
