He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Longstaff and Edna Longstaff (Toms); his wife Helen; his son Stephen; and his siblings, Hazel Green, Dorothy Bartley, Margaret Longstaff, Frank Longstaff, Arthur Longstaff and Roy Longstaff.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Longstaff (Lorna), Susan Robinson, Linda Neill and Judy Stewart (Michael); his daughter-in-law Lee Longstaff; his grandchildren, Philip, Darrin, Andrew, Krista, Stephanie, Iris, Katie, Scott, Anya, Jeff, Mark, Kori, Craig, Kylee and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Kiara, Leighton, Noah, Isabella, Lily, Matthew, Samuel, Adam, Jordan, Bryson, Leah, Sadie, Olive, Ivy, Levi, Damien, Ryder and Hayden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
