She is survived by: her children, Adam Carr and Jamie Finn (Thomas); her grandchildren, Chloe, Kelsey, Kyle, Gabriel and Noah; and her brothers, Jeff Callahan (Andrea) and Danny Callahan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
