He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Foran and Ethel Foran (Stewart); his wife Joyce Foran; his son-in-law Rick Isaacs; his siblings, Douglas Foran, Ellery Foran (Gertrude), Francis Foran and Florence Foran; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Beatteay, Robert Gaunce and Jean Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Isaacs, Francis Foran (Val), Stephon Foran (Eleanor) and Robert Mazerall (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jason, Luke Isaacs, Stephanie, Matthew, Emma, Robert Foran, Alexandra and Sydney Mazerall; his sisters, Diann Beatteay, Helen Gifford (Wayne) and Alice Gaunce; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Everett and Florence Foran. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
