He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fitzgerald and Gladys Fitzgerald (Dixon). He is survived by: his sons, Blair Fitzgerald (Kathy) of Ashland, NB and Derek Fitzgerald of Ashland, NB; his close friend Grace Hafford of Houlton, Maine; and his siblings, Lois White of North Sydney, NS, Alex Fitzgerald (Barb) of Baddeck, NS, Martin Fitzgerald (Susie) of Baddeck, NS, Diane MacPhearson of Halifax, NS, Joseph Fitzgerald of Baddeck, NS and Calvin Fitzgerald of Baddeck, NS. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
