He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Fowler; and his nephew Kenneth Oakes. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Fowler (Mills); his wife Alice Rogers; his children, Susan Rogers (Leo Clark) and Shawna Verburgh (David); his grandchildren, Cody, Jessica, Taylor, Daniel and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Loree Underhill (Clark), June Wood and Stephen Fowler.
