He was predeceased by: his father Wiley Waugh; and his siblings, Gerald, Cathy and Michael. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Waugh (Dyck); his daughter Krystal Waugh-Johnson (Stephen); and his siblings, Wiley Waugh, Kevin Waugh, Holland Waugh, Beverley Waugh and Verna Waugh (Randy Montgomery). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
