Graydon E. Oakes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Graydon E. Oakes (Florenceville, New Brunswick), born in Easton, Maine, who passed away on July 22, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Oakes and Bessie Oakes (DeMerchant); his wife Rose; his sons, Ellery and Doug (Mary); his great grandchild Wyatt; his daughter-in-law Marion; and his siblings, Maxine Broad, Junior Oakes, Denis Oakes, Dean McDougall and Mary Crain.
He is survived by: his children, Sam Oakes (Jean), Sandra Oakes, Bill Oakes (Laurie) and Jeff Oakes (Robyn). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
