He is survived by: his brother Bob Lee (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Gary Hoyt (Roberta), Karen Crabbe, Carolyn Crabbe, Neil Craig (Barbara), Gregory Craig (Molene), Marcia Prosser, Warren LaPage, Joan LaPage-Tompkins (Carl), Nila LaPage (Sheldon Dickinson), Kevin LaPage (Dixie) and Darrell LaPage (Tammy).
