He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Green and Gladys Green (Wheeler); his wife Patricia (Telfer); and his siblings, Roy Green (Agnes) and Donna Knijff (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Laura Morris (Alan), Tom Green (Jennifer) and Andrew Green (Beth); his grandchildren, Megan, Ellie, Susan, Tommy, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, Kristyn, Hilary, Riley, Drew and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Lachlynn, Jameson, David, Simon and Daphne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
