He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gorton and Lillian Gorton (Somerville); his wife Anne; and his siblings, Pat Prince (Don) and Len Gorton.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Palmer, Stacey Paupin (Norman), Brian Palmer (Kelly Hayes), Zarla Gorton (Reid Culberson), April Curtis and Chuck Curtis (Stefanie); his great grandchild Iyla; his nieces, Shannon Prince and Heather Morgan; and his nephew Neil Prince. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
