He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles DeMerchant and Grace DeMerchant (Caldwell); his wife Patricia; and his brother-in-law Percy Paul. He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Anderson (Chuck); his grandson C. J. Anderson; and his sisters, Doris Millie (Ted) and Marion Paul. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters in law as well as many nieces, nephews.
