Brenda O. Welton Obituary

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ralph, Olive Williams, Doreen and Henry Rattray. She is survived by: her husband Fred Welton; her daughter Katie; her son-in-law Will Higgins; her grandchildren, Tripp, Violet and Hali; her parents, Ruth Williams and Ralph Williams; her siblings, Wendy Hall (Bill), Kathy Waugh (Murray), Jessica Williams, Rick Williams (Tina) and Michael Williams (Katrina); and her nieces and nephews, Chris, Ryan, Amanda, Amy, Dena, Josh, Kheria, Samantha, Ricky, Cassie, Lauren and Will.
