He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmot Wortman and Florence Wortman (Giberson); his sons, Christopher and Jeff; and his siblings, Clarence, Marvin, Bradford, Evelyn, Lois, Leona and Valda.
He is survived by: his wife Letha; his sons, Tony Wortman (Carla) and Derek Wortman; his grandchildren, Kerri Wortman, Nicholas Smith (Ashlee) and Darby Smith; his great grandchild Ryleigh; his sister Opal Stacey; and his half-siblings, Jack Murchison (Joan) and Beverly Garnett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
