He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Gordon and Ruth Gordon (Ingram); and his siblings, John Gordon and Carrie Fox. He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Crystal), David (Maddie) and Nicole Walton (Mike); the mother of his children Arline; and his siblings, Elroy Gordon, Shirley Metlin, Joyce Wallis and Audrey Gordon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
