He was predeceased by: his parents, Desmond Richardson and Lena Richardson (Tewksbury); and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Richardson (Young); his daughters, Sarah Richardson and Sabrina Richardson; and his siblings, Murray Richardson (Gloria) and Alice Lambert (Cleveland Lord). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In Cecil's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer, The Leonardville Community Cemetery or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
