She was predeceased by: her parents, Evans Steeves and Dorothy Steeves (DeMille); and her brother-in-law Illes. She is survived by: her husband David Mitton; her children, James (Lisa), Kim (Tom) and Lee (Nancy); her grandchildren, Roland (Coralee), Zachary (Rhonda), Isaac (Emily) and Emma; her great grandchildren, Micah, Owen, Gracelyn, Dawson and Theodore; and her siblings, Idella, Louise (Harold) and Joseph (Jocelyn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
