She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garland and Christina Steeves (Bannister); her husband Gordon Steeves; her brothers, Curtis, David James and Ronald; and her brothers-in-law, Don Linkletter, James Sabean and Garry Steeves.

She is survived by: her friends, Sandra, Ruth, Shirley and Kelly; her pet Boots; her grandchildren, Zachery, Dyllan Collier and Destiny Steeves (Roland Graves); her children, James Steeves, Donna (Terry), Mary Lynne (Mike) and Douglas (Chrys); and her siblings, Edward (Elaine), Gerald (Mary), Richard (Marilyn), Austin, Robert (Kim), Ralph (Brenda), Anna Linkletter, Eileen, Aleta Sabean and Wanda Steeves (Donnie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family visiting will be held at The Salisbury Funeral Home (372-4800).
