He was predeceased by: his parents, Léo Richard and Bertha Richard; and his brother Donald Richard. He is survived by: his sons, Evan Émilien Richard "Spunky" of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Michel of Moncton; and his siblings, Lawrence Richard (Claudette) of Florida, Gérald Richard of Florida, Michel Richard (Antoinette) of Ste-Anne, Albert Richard of St-Jacques, Diane Richard of St-Joseph, Janelle Richard (Eudore Lavoie) of St-Basile, Suzanne Richard of St-Basile, Hélène Richard of Florida and Line Richard of St-Jacques. He is also survived by three nephews and ten nieces.
