She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bernardand Mrs and Elisabeth Dunphy; her children, Thomas Bernard, Donna Newsom, Cheryl Long, Sally Letica and Doug Letica; and her brother Harvey Dunphy.

She is survived by: her sons, Brian Letica (Veronica) of Portage Indiana and Russ Letica; and her siblings, Stewart Bernard (Margaret DiMaggio), Theresa Stuart and Mary Boyd of Boston Massachusetts. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
