He was predeceased by: his spouse Gail Spicer; his parents, Charles Bernard and Elizabeth Bernard (Dunphy); and his son David. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Fraser (Wilfred) and Dianne LeBlanc (Kevin) of Concord, NH; and his grandson Willie Fraser.
