She was predeceased by: her husband John Fred Gallant; her parents, John William and Winnfred Girard (Bourget); and her daughter Joan. She is survived by: her children, Elsa Drouin (René) of Airdrie, AB, Harris of Montréal, Rodney (Peggy) of Dundas, ON and John Fred (Brigitte Lamoureux) of Edmundston; and her sisters, Margret Murphy of Valleyfield, QC and Ella Derapes of Chicoutimi, QC..
