It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Marilyn Steeves (Edgetts Landing, New Brunswick), who passed away on November 30, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Norman Akerley; her husband Freeman; her daughter-in-law Nancy; and her brothers, Hewlett, Orley, Winston and Gerald.

She is survived by: her parent Eva Akerley (Cairns); her children, Conrad Steeves (Lisa) of Edgett's Landing, Paul Steeves (Elaine) of Abbotsford, BC, Darren Steeves (Shelley) of Airdrie, AB and Mary Woodworth (Dale) of Hillsborough; her sisters, Myra Elliott of Riverview, Maxine Stevens of Lower Cape, Sharon Turner of Shubenacadie, NS and Linda Rossiter (Arnold) of Waterside; and her sister-in-law Paula Akerley of Alma. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
