She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Steeves and Velma Steeves (Simpson); her husband William "Bill" Ward; her siblings, Simon Peter, Lynn, Leonard (Mavis), Jean Steeves, Joan Pollock and Marjorie Collier (Neil); and her brother-in-law Sherman Allen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doreen Allen of Edgett's Landing, Calva Steeves (Jerome) of Hillsborough, Carol Steeves (Willis) of Lower Cape, Charles Steeves (Donna) of Mississauga, ON and Gary Steeves (Heather) of Hillsborough; her brother-in-law Richard Pollock; and her caregiver Lorna. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Surrey Valley Baptist Church (3039 Main St, Hillsborough, NB E4H2Y1). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Donations to the Surrey Valley Baptist Church, Albert Mines Baptist Church or Green Hill Cemetery- Paving Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
